I found the breakfast quality and service to be excellent. All of the staff members were very kind and professional. The hotel room was well-equipped and always clean. It was a great stay as always.
The shampoo and conditioner in the room were not of good quality.

Fantastic Stay at JLT!

I found the staff courteous and helpful. The Indian food was delicious, and the prompt service added to a nice experience. The hotel's location is quite strategic. It is close to the metro station. TOP GOLF, golf, tennis, and Padel courts are conveniently located across the street, SUCH GREAT amenities. On top of that, our room was cleaned everyday. The staff helped make my birthday very special by putting cake and ballons into the room.
The pool area could use a few more loungers. It gets quite crowded after 10 AM, especially if you want a spot in the shade.

The hotel is near restaurants, a pharmacy, and the metro. Dubai Marina is also a short walk across a footbridge. The position is very convenient for reaching major attractions, so I recommend it.

the rooms are specious. it was super clean. the bed had comfortable for 2 adults and one child. the staff were poliet.
the pool had few sunbeds. if you go later its difficult to find places. the location is ok if you use a car, because there is not much close. the walk to dubai marina mall take 15 minutes.

The location is great. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is also easily accessible. The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. There was also a menu apart from the buffet menu.
Check-in took a long time even at 8 PM. Waiting for 30 minutes after a long flight is not ideal. The staff gave cold, mechanical responses about connecting rooms. They said requests like a higher floor are on a first-come, first-served basis. This contrasts with other establishments.
